ShippingAll items are sent out via Priority Mail with delivery confirmation and insurance from the United States Postal Service. Your jewelry will be shipped in a mailing box with bubble wrap or a padded envelope to ensure your jewelry arrives in perfect condition. Orders over $300 may be shipped via UPS ground service at our discretion. International shipping rates are upon quotation – to receive a shipping quote email us. Please be sure to include destination country and approximate amount of intended purchase for insurance purposes.
If you wish your purchase to be shipped to another recipient as a gift, please indicate this on the order form. A small card with a personal message can be sent with the jewelry. Please indicate your message in the comments section of the order form. Items shipping to more than one location are subject to multiple shipping costs. PLEASE NOTE: For your protection, international orders will be shipped to the credit card billing address only. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
ReturnsNon-custom items, excluding earrings, may be returned for refund, credit, or exchange within 7 days of receipt of package. Items MUST be returned INSURED in their original condition and a return authorization is REQUIRED. Items will not be accepted without an authorization code. To obtain a return authorization code please email us. For health reasons, all earring purchases are final and non-returnable unless defective. Terms of custom order returns will be discussed during the ordering process and are not subject to the above terms. Shipping fees and any transaction fees are non-refundable. On exchange items, the appropriate shipping charges apply. |
