We take time and care with our jewelry, securing clasps and charms permanently, filing away sharp edges, and other small but important details to ensure that you get a finely crafted piece of handmade designer jewelry that can be handed down through the generations. We stand behind our work and if, at any time within 10 years of purchase, a piece we crafted should break in the course of normal wear, we are more than happy to repair it at no charge to you (this does not apply to watch faces or other breakable components). Should you damage a stone, a lampworked bead, the finish of the metal, or otherwise damage your jewelry, we would be happy to work with you to evaluate the damage and estimate a cost to repair it.
